Alan R. Hartley, CFA
Founder, CIO
Alan founded Black Cypress in 2009 and has spent more than 20 years in the investment field. He holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of North Florida and is a CFA® charterholder.
Olivia G. Tober
Compliance & Operations
Olivia leads compliance and operations, bringing experience from Blackbaud and Booz Allen Hamilton. She holds a degree from Florida State University.
David E. Hartley
Business Development
David brings more than two decades of experience to business development. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Florida State University and an Executive MBA from UCF.
Golden R. Hartley
Finance & Branding
Golden oversees finance and branding. She holds degrees from UNF and the Medical University of South Carolina. Golden also serves as a Major in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
